Kodiak and Luminar Launch Next-Generation Autonomous Truck Platform Gen6

Kodiak has partnered with Luminar to launch the next-generation autonomous truck platform, Gen6. This platform will begin to operate without safety personnel in Texas, the United States, at the end of 2024. Kodiak's autonomous driving system can be retrofitted to any Class 8 heavy truck, and a vehicle modified from Kenworth T680s was displayed at this year's CES.
