RoboSense will be launched on January 5, 2024

RoboSense is about to start its IPO and is expected to be officially listed on January 5, 2024, becoming the "first Hong Kong-listed laser radar stock". RoboSense's laser radar product sales continue to grow, with revenues of 171 million yuan, 331 million yuan, and 530 million yuan from 2020 to 2022, respectively. The company plans to offer approximately 22.91 million shares globally at an issue price of HK$43 per share, with an estimated total fundraising of HK$985 million. Shenzhen Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industries Investment subscribed to nearly 80% of RoboSense's IPO shares for US$100 million, demonstrating Shenzhen's support for local hard technology companies and its recognition of RoboSense's future long-term value.
