Xinta Electronics' independently developed 1200V/80mΩ SiC MOSFET device has obtained automotive-grade certification

In 2023, Xinta Electronics successfully developed a 1200V/80mΩ SiC MOSFET device and obtained a full set of AEC-Q101 automotive-grade reliability certification and high-voltage 960V H3TRB reliability assessment. The device has been successfully applied to the new energy vehicle supply chain, helping the development of the new energy vehicle industry.
