Nissan, Honda may jointly develop batteries and electric vehicles

Nissan may discuss joint development of batteries and electric vehicles with Honda, the sources said, with one option being to jointly source a common electric vehicle powertrain or another option being to work together to design and build a shared electric vehicle platform.
