FORVIA Group successfully acquires remaining shares of Aptoide

FORVIA Group, the world's seventh largest automotive technology supplier, has successfully acquired Aptoide's remaining 50% stake in Faurecia Aptoide Automotive (FAA), thus fully owning the joint venture established in 2019. The move aims to strengthen FORVIA's leadership in automotive app distribution and establish closer partnerships with automakers and app developers.
