Renesas Electronics Announces Acquisition of US Power Semiconductor Company Transphorm

Renesas Electronics announced that it will acquire US power semiconductor company Transphorm to obtain automotive-grade gallium nitride (GaN) and other power semiconductor solutions, which will help promote the development of its electric vehicle business.
