IGBT Market Status

In 2022, the output of China's IGBT industry will reach 41 million units, the demand will be about 156 million units, and the self-sufficiency rate will be only 26.3%. At present, the domestic IGBT market is mainly occupied by overseas manufacturers such as Infineon, Mitsubishi Electric, Fuji Electric, etc., among which Infineon has the highest market share of 15.9%. In the global IGBT discrete device market, the top three manufacturers have a combined market share of 53.24%, while the domestic manufacturer Silan Microelectronics ranks among the top ten with a market share of 3.5%.
