Donghai Semiconductor Automotive Grade IGBT Production Project

On December 1, Wuxi Kehong Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. announced the environmental impact assessment form of the "Donghai Semiconductor Annual Production of 20 Million Automotive-Grade IGBT and Special Diode Production Project". The project is located at No. 88, Zhongtong East Road, Shuofang Street, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, with a total investment of 10 million yuan, including 50,000 yuan in environmental protection investment, and is mainly engaged in the manufacture of semiconductor discrete devices. After the project is completed, the production scale of the whole plant will be: annual production of 200 million semiconductor discrete devices, 73 million integrated circuits, 30 million power VDMOS devices, 190 million multi-row surface-mount power devices, and 20 million automotive-grade IGBTs and special diodes.
