BMW Group announces investment of 20 billion yuan to expand Shenyang production base

The BMW Group announced plans to invest 20 billion yuan in the Shenyang production base to lay the foundation for the local production of BMW's "new generation" models to be launched in 2026. This is another investment following the investment of 10 billion yuan in November last year to expand the Shenyang power battery production base. This investment will focus on the upgrading and technological innovation of BMW Brilliance’s Dadong plant.
