ON Semiconductor Launches Seventh Generation IGBT Intelligent Power Module

ON Semiconductor has launched the 1200V SPM31 intelligent power module using the new field-cutoff 7th generation technology. This module has higher energy efficiency, smaller size, higher power density, and lower overall system cost, making it very suitable for three-phase variable frequency drive applications such as heat pumps, commercial HVAC systems, etc.
