GAC Components and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor established a joint venture

GAC Components and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor jointly invested in the establishment of Guangzhou Qinglan Semiconductor Co., Ltd., focusing on the technology research and development and industrial application of independent IGBT in new energy vehicles. In December 2023, the Guangzhou Qinglan IGBT project (Phase I) was fully put into production. The project plans to invest a total of 463 million yuan. The planned production capacity of the first phase is 400,000 automotive IGBT modules per year, and the second phase is planned to be put into production in 2025.
