Geely and France's Renault set up a joint venture to focus on internal combustion and hybrid engines

On February 12, Geely Auto and Renault of France are expected to finalize a joint venture for internal combustion engines and hybrid engines by the end of February. The joint venture will focus on the research, development, manufacturing and supply of advanced hybrid powertrains and efficient fuel powertrains. Geely Auto and Renault's "Continental" will each hold 40% of the joint venture, and the remaining 20% will belong to Saudi Aramco.
