Dongfeng Group purchased certain assets of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile for RMB 1.714 billion to support the transformation to new energy

Dongfeng Group and Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. signed an "Asset Transfer Agreement" to purchase certain assets of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. in Wuhan and Xiangyang for RMB 1.714 billion. This move aims to support Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. in developing new models, promoting the transformation to new energy, and making full use of existing production capacity to give play to the synergy of the group's manufacturing resources.
