Anhui Heli acquires Yufeng Intelligent for RMB 370 million

Anhui Heli plans to acquire 64.5923% of Yufeng Intelligent's equity for RMB 370 million and increase its capital by RMB 100 million. After the transaction is completed, Anhui Heli will hold 71.4172% of Yufeng Intelligent's equity and become its controlling shareholder. This move is aimed at promoting the further development and upgrading of Anhui Heli in the field of intelligent logistics.
