Domestic and foreign silicon carbide manufacturers have expanded production. International manufacturers such as Wolfspeed, Coherent, and ON Semiconductor in the United States, as well as China's Tianyue and Tianke Heda, have expansion plans. It is expected that by 2026, China's 6-inch silicon carbide substrate production capacity will account for 50% of the world.
