U.S. regulators conduct preliminary review of 3,322 Cadillac Lyriq electric vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced that it has launched a preliminary assessment of 3,322 Cadillac Lyriq electric vehicles produced by General Motors. The assessment focuses on possible problems with the brake assist system of these vehicles. According to reports, some Cadillac Lyriq electric vehicles have brake pedals that are too hard and "brake system failure" prompts.
