SK Hynix to mass-produce world's first HBM3E memory in March

According to Korean media reports, SK Hynix plans to start mass production of the world's first fifth-generation high-bandwidth memory HBM3E in March this year, and plans to supply the first batch of products to Nvidia within the next month.
