Montage Technology recently announced the launch of the DDR5 fourth-generation register clock driver chip (DDR5 RCD04), which supports data rates up to 7200 MT/s, a 50% increase over the DDR5 first-generation RCD rate. This chip is designed to meet the growing demand for memory speed and bandwidth in the new generation of server platforms.
