Changdian Technology acquires 80% equity interest in SanDisk Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Changdian Technology Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changdian Technology, plans to acquire 80% of the equity of SanDisk Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in cash for US$624 million. Despite weak global end-market demand and a downward cycle in the semiconductor industry, Changdian Technology said its total order volume in the fourth quarter of 2023 has returned to the same period last year.
