Infineon and Honda reach cooperation in SiC power semiconductor field

On February 1, 2024, Infineon announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Honda Motor. The two parties will establish a strategic partnership in the field of SiC power semiconductors to accelerate the time to market of SiC automotive technology and cooperation on related projects. According to the agreement, Infineon will provide technical support to Honda, focusing on SiC power semiconductors, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and E/E architecture.
