Stereo imaging technology imitates the three-dimensional vision principle of the human eye and infers the distance of objects through parallax. This technology is widely used in warehouse robots, such as autonomous navigation, object detection and obstacle avoidance. The stereo imaging process includes camera calibration, image correction, stereo matching and triangulation. Among them, stereo matching has the largest computational overhead, but due to the highly parallel nature of the processing process, this step can be greatly optimized.
