Zhixin Microelectronics and Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute jointly established a silicon carbide joint R&D center

In March 2023, Zhixin Microelectronics signed an agreement with Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute to jointly build a "Silicon Carbide Joint R&D Center" to promote the research and application of SiC technology in the field of automotive electronics and accelerate the implementation and customized development of third-generation semiconductor SiC applications at the front end of production lines.
