Ruishi Technology Completes Mass Production Verification of Hundreds of 6-inch Wafers

Ruishi Technology's VCSEL epitaxy and chip design have completed mass production verification of hundreds of 6-inch wafers. The company's products cover a complete series of different wavelengths including 850nm, 940nm, and optical power ranging from a few milliwatts to several watts, suitable for different scenarios such as 3D structured light, proximity sensing, infrared flood light source, and 3D TOF sensing.
