The YOFC Advanced Wuhan Base Project is expected to produce 360,000 6-inch silicon carbide MOSFETs and wafers and 61 million power device modules annually. These products will cover a wide range of fields including new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles, and power grids.
