Star Semiconductor's performance growth in 2023

In 2023, Star Semiconductor's product structure is mainly based on IGBT modules, with an output of 13.73 million IGBT modules, sales of 12.74 million, and operating income of 3.331 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.66%, accounting for 91.55% of the main business income; other product income decreased by 32.81% year-on-year, mainly due to the decline in demand for household photovoltaic inverters, the core downstream of Star Semiconductor's IGBT single tubes, in 2023. In 2023, Star Semiconductor also established a new R&D center in Zurich, Switzerland, to further increase the research and development of next-generation IGBT, SiC chips and module advanced packaging technologies.
