Xuzhou City recently held a city-wide launch meeting for major industrial projects, including the groundbreaking ceremony for the BYD (Xuzhou) sodium-ion battery project. The project has a total investment of 10 billion yuan and mainly produces sodium-ion battery cells and related supporting products, with a planned annual production capacity of 30GWh.
