Lilium finds new investor

Two days after announcing the suspension of operations, Lilium has received new news. A consortium of investors from Europe and North America, Mobile Uplift Corporation GmbH, signed an asset purchase agreement with Lilium to acquire the operating assets of its two subsidiaries. According to the agreement, the investors will pay enough funds for the two subsidiaries to help them restart operations.
