China Resources Microelectronics announces stable mass production of silicon carbide diodes and MOS

China Resources Microelectronics recently announced that its silicon carbide diodes and MOS field-effect transistors have achieved stable mass production. These products are mainly used in automotive electronics, charging piles, photovoltaic energy storage and industrial power supplies, among which diodes and MOS products have successfully entered the automotive electronics market.
