Indian data center operator Yotta plans to purchase an additional $500 million worth of AI chips from its partner Nvidia, bringing the total order from both parties to $1 billion. The move is aimed at strengthening Yotta's artificial intelligence cloud service capabilities. Yotta CEO Sunil Gupta revealed that the first batch of about 16,000 Nvidia H100 chips will be delivered in July this year. The additional order includes nearly 16,000 H100 and GH200 series AI chips, which are expected to be completed by March 2025.
