Mianchi County Compound Semiconductor Silicon Carbide Material Project Signed

The Mianchi County compound semiconductor silicon carbide material project and the solid waste comprehensive utilization gallium arsenide substrate project were successfully signed, with a total investment of RMB 1 billion. The project will build an industrial production line with an annual output of 25,000 pieces of silicon carbide conductive substrate processing, as well as a gallium arsenide crystal and substrate processing and manufacturing project with an annual output of 400,000 pieces.
