Recently, Henan Zhongyi Chuangxin Development Co., Ltd. announced that its 500-ton production line of silicon carbide semiconductor powder has successfully reached full production, and the product purity has reached up to 99.99999%. The company was established on May 24, 2023, jointly funded by two major groups with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 600 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 500 tons. It was completed and put into trial production on September 20, 2023. It is expected to have an annual output value of 500 million yuan and a profit and tax of 50 million yuan after reaching full production.
