Zhongnan Diamond and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation published a research article on diamond NV color centers

Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd. and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation 13th Research Institute recently published an article titled "Preparation of High-Concentration Diamond NV Color Centers by MPCVD and Research on Their Performance" in the Acta Physica Sinica. The study found that using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) can quantitatively dope high-concentration nitrogen into diamond, thereby increasing the concentration of diamond NV color centers and showing good quantum magnetic detection performance.
