NIO acquires two factories of JAC and obtains independent car manufacturing qualification

At the end of 2023, NIO officially announced the acquisition of production equipment and assets from two factories of JAC, and obtained independent car manufacturing qualifications. The production of Ledao L60 will no longer use JAC as a foundry.
