Zhejiang Bolant Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 1 billion yuan in Yanling Town, Danyang City, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province to build a 6-8 inch silicon carbide (SiC) substrate project with an annual output of 250,000 pieces.
