Dajiang Semiconductor invests 3.8 billion yuan in new SiC project

Dajiang Semiconductor's new SiC project was recently announced on the official website of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, with a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan. After completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 2.4 million SiC power modules.
