BYD Xuzhou sodium-ion battery project officially launched

On January 4, 2024, BYD Xuzhou sodium-ion battery project was officially launched with a total investment of 10 billion yuan. The production base will mainly produce sodium-ion battery cells and related supporting products such as PACK, with a planned annual production capacity of 30GWh.
