Peking University team solves the problem of dynamic threshold voltage drift of GaN-based power devices

The research team of Peking University successfully solved the problem of dynamic threshold voltage drift of GaN-based power devices by proposing a new device structure of metal/insulator layer/p-GaN. This technology not only achieved a gate voltage redundancy of nearly 20V, but also eliminated the dynamic threshold voltage drift.
