Peking University team realizes GaN-based CMOS integrated circuit chip with minimal transmission delay

The research team of Peking University successfully realized GaN-based CMOS integrated circuit chips with minimal transmission delay by proposing the concept of polarization enhanced ionization. This technology greatly improves the current density of p-channel transistors.
