Peking University team develops 650V Si-based GaN high-voltage integrated chip

The research team of Peking University successfully developed a 650V Si-based GaN high-voltage integrated chip through the innovative virtual isolation technology. This technology effectively solves the crosstalk effect of high-voltage signals and the low current density problem of p-channel transistors.
