Peking University research team successfully overcomes three major technical challenges of GaN-based power devices

The research team of the School of Integrated Circuits and the School of Physics of Peking University has made a major breakthrough in the research of GaN-based power devices. They have successfully solved the three major technical challenges of frequency bottleneck, reliability bottleneck and voltage resistance bottleneck, and published five high-level papers at the International Electron Devices Conference.
