Zhongnan Diamond and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation jointly develop high-concentration diamond NV color centers

Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd. and the 13th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation recently published a study in Acta Physica Sinica on the use of microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) to prepare high-concentration diamond NV color centers. This method can quantitatively dope high-concentration nitrogen elements into diamond, thereby significantly increasing the concentration of diamond NV color centers and demonstrating good quantum magnetic detection performance.
