GAC Group announces Guangzhou Qinglan Semiconductor IGBT project put into production

GAC Group recently announced that the IGBT project (Phase I) of Guangzhou Qinglan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has been put into production. The project was jointly invested by GAC Components and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor, and the planned production capacity of the first phase is 400,000 automotive IGBT modules per year.
