CATL withdraws from Dongfeng Times (Wuhan) Battery System Co., Ltd.

CATL has withdrawn from the ranks of shareholders of Dongfeng Times (Wuhan) Battery System Co., Ltd., which is now wholly owned by Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongfeng Group Co., Ltd.
