U.S. Trade Representative's accusations against China

The Office of the United States Trade Representative issued a statement accusing China's efforts to "achieve localization and self-sufficiency" in semiconductor manufacturing of being "broad-based anti-competitive and non-market practices" that would "have adverse effects" on the United States.
