Complaint from the U.S. Secretary of Commerce

U.S. Commerce Secretary Raimondo complained to the media that the U.S.'s use of export controls to prevent China from overtaking the U.S. in advanced semiconductors is "useless." Despite the export controls, Raimondo also admitted that the annual chip-related transactions between China and the United States still amount to billions of dollars.
