AUO Completes Acquisition of Germany's BHTC

AUO announced last week that it had successfully acquired German Tier 1 supplier BHTC to meet the needs of European and American automakers for supply chain diversification. AUO plans to invest in a new 6th generation LTPS panel production line at its Longtan plant.
