CATL releases new integrated intelligent chassis product "Panshi"

CATL recently released its latest integrated intelligent chassis product "Panshi". This product adopts a non-load-bearing body structure and is developed in an upper and lower split type. It integrates vehicle power, braking, steering, thermal management and three electricity to form an independent power system. According to CATL, the Panshi chassis can operate at a speed of 120km/h without catching fire, exploding or spreading when the center pillar collides. At the same time, it can also absorb 85% of the vehicle's collision energy. After using the Panshi chassis, the cycle for car companies to develop new cars will be significantly shortened from the original 36 months to 12-18 months.
