German carmaker BMW invests in hydrogen fuel cell technology

German automaker BMW has announced that it will increase investment in hydrogen fuel cell technology in order to take a leading position in the new energy vehicle market. BMW plans to launch a number of hydrogen fuel cell models in the next few years to meet the needs of different consumers.
