Socionext develops 3nm automotive SoC, expects mass production in 2026

Socionext announced that it has begun developing SoCs using TSMC's latest 3nm automotive process "N3A" and plans to start mass production in 2026. This SoC will provide support for autonomous driving technology and automotive multimedia systems.
