PowerCo becomes subsidiary of Volkswagen's global battery business

PowerCo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen, was established in July 2022 to manage the company's global battery business. Although PowerCo was established not long ago, it already has 40GWh of battery production capacity in Germany.
